Well, I wasn't too sure, it's been a long time since I've been on the rails through there. But I found it on Google maps. The club is still there, called "Fantasy Topless" according to Google, right at Fogg and S La Cadena Drive, which is just RR east of the West Colton crossover. Wonder if they still refer to it Titty City out there?
