Most of the W/B oil loads are going to Cherry Point refinery, near Ferndale, Wa., on the BNSF line to Vancouver B.C. However I have seen loaded oil cans in Tacoma Rail's yard, which could indicate they are going to U.S. Oil's facility in the Tacoma Tideflats.
