"Due to Tie replacement on UP Tracy Sub between Martinez and Port Chicago. Amtrak-716 and Amtrak-713 will detour between Emeryville and Antioch on March 05,06,07,08,16,17. Detour route is Stege (up Roseville sub) to Port Chicago (BNSF port sub) via BNSF track and Richmond Pacific wye. Detoured trains will not stop at Richmond or Martinez stations.

On the above dates Amtrak-711 will termnate at Stockton and Amtrak-714 will orignate at Stockton. Conecting buses will be provided between Martinez and stockton. Capitol Corridor service between Martinez and Oakland."
