Stauffer-Silver Bow and POVA loco questions

First question:

Stauffer Chemicals has a phosphorus plant at Silver Bow, Montana (outside Butte). They are known to have had at lease two locomotives - a former BA&P/Rarus GP7 #101(leased? then purchased) named "Buster", and a former UP Alco switcher. By the time the plant closed (mid 1990s?) the Alco went next door to Scoular Grain (since scrapped at Anaconda?) and "Buster" was transferred to Stauffer Chemical's phosphate loadout at Wooley Valley (feeds Conda plant, both on UP branch north of Soda Springs, Idaho). There are claims that the former xSP 70 ton X510 used by Stauffer at Sage Jct/Leefe, Wyoming before that plant closed also went to Silver Bow before going to Wooley Valley (and in turn was bumped by "Buster"). Is there any evidence that the X510 was used at Silver Bow by Stauffer Chemicals/Rhone Poulenc/Agrium? It was painted baby blue for Stauffer this entire time before being retired by Agrium around 1997.

Second question:

Lehigh Portland Cement had a 70 ton #1 bought new for their Metaline Falls, Washington cement plant. Succesor LaFarge closed the plant and apparently donated the loco to the local Lions Club that sponsors an excurson train that operates holiday weekends over the POVA. This engine is listed as in "work train service" as POVA #103 before being sold. It was painted silver and numbered POVA #103. Was it ever actually used by POVA? Any photos of it there between circa 1997 and 2004?

Bonus question:

Court Hammond tried to operate the Wallowa Union under the name Sierra Nevada & Pacific. What was the original purpose of this company? Doug Morgan and possibly Gary Hunter may have been involved with Court Hammond in this. Was this supposed to have been a tourist/shortline operation? Possible now abandoned lines would have been be the B&L branch, Amador Central or Almanor.

Thanks
