POVA 103 is alive and well now located in Boardman, Ore as Oregon Shortline in a rather fancy paint scheme.

The information I recieved stated this is leased to MOR LLC/Oregon Shortline LLC from Dan Robirds. It had gone south to the Almanor RR for a few years and returned north in November 2011:
