POVA #103

I took a picture of 103 in 1998. It was sitting at their shops in Usk. Don't know if they ever used it. I wouldn't call it silver either, more like haze gray with a healthy coating of cement dust. The picture I took used to be posted on Western Shortline Rosters, but the link is broke and I don't know if that site is even maintained anymore.
