Yes correct. Milepost 1 on the SP is along 7th Street before tunnel #1. 0 was at 3rd & Townsend. 1.9 was beyond 23rd Street. Although listed in the timetable as 1.9, the 23rd Street stop was at more like 1.7 or 1.8 miles.
