I'd say that you were pretty fortunate Al. The location where the PG&E rail passed underneath
the Pickering ROW was called Crossman Crossing. The sign was located just off the right of
the PG&E rail and just uphill from the Pickering bridge. The late Wil Whittaker shot this
location on one of his trips up there.
