Horseshit! How are these grades any different than Miramar, Box Springs, Mojave or Cajon?
The problem is more so of UP's desire for absolute control, insufficient BNSF traffic and the pondering dispatching from Hobart to Richmond...NOT worth the hassel!
UP sell another route to the competition? Are you completely stupid, or just mildly retarded?
Are you people aware there is a UP-crewed BNSF local near Sparks?
