I think you mean the Port of Seattle? Tacoma Rail doesn't even want all the track they have now, let alone more.

I've heard they plan on beginning operations as soon as the line is in good enough shape to run a passenger train. They've been discussing moving there for quite a while now. I think they feel a fresh market would benefit the operation.

Especially with all the adverstising the SWDT folks do.
