NWP Island Mtn Flatcars On The Move?

This morning at 0830 an oversize load convoy of 4 pilots cars and two big rigs each hauling a railroad flatcar proceeded north on Hwy. 3 through downtown Hayfork in Trinity County. The convoy which was a professional heavy-haul trucking company using dark blue trucks and pilot vehicles, was later spotted approaching Hwy. 299W. These were both regular flat cars, not bulkhead or centerbeam flats. Both flatcars looked to be in good shape with TTX type reporting marks visible.

Could these have been two of the flat cars trapped at Island Mtn. or elsewhere on the north end of the NWP? The direction of the move didn't add-up and it appeared the cars were being hauled from the coast toward Redding.
