In order to get to Island Mountain you have to pass through the Island Mountain ranch . You would need Ted Winter's permission to pass through his gates and have him unlock them for you. You would also need NCRA's permission to use their easement to get to Island Mountain. It's all private property and unless you are an invited guest up there they don't want you snooping around.
