Yes, I am well aware of that, as many flatcars are used around the area for that purpose. Normally a used flat car would not be hauled into the area from Hwy. 36, south of Hayfork and then on north up Hwy. 3. Normally such a move would come west on Hwy. 299 and then south on Hwy. 3. Additionally, I don't believe that was Dobbas. I believe this may have been an Oregon based hauler.

Something was out of the ordinary on today's movement, as it was going toward Redding.
