Here in the Great Grey North(west0, U.P. still has quite a few 4-axle units for locals and switching. Mostly GP-38's, even an ex - Espee one @ Argo yard in Seattle. Also several GP-15's in Fife(Tacoma). A really cool lashup, and smart too, is GP-38 # 637 and GP-15 # UPY # 637, which often works the old U.P. Tacoma yard and transfers from Fife to BNSF in Tacoma. Smart, because having two engines with essentially the same number in the same yard, could lead to much confusion otherwise.
I also recall several lines of SW - type engines @ Albina Yard in Portland, on my last drive through there.
