Nah, big problem is it will disturb the endangered condors there (which the Tejon Ranch says don't exist) :-) BTW, had a tour of the Tejon Ranch a few years ago (when they told me there are no condors there) and one of the biggest investors in their stock is CALPERS. Interesting.
