You absolutely need a track warrant is my felling but I have been told otherwise by a TM. I want to call them out on it but I need some prof to back up my case. It is being said that since the train is working under control of the foreman in charge of the Form B no track warrant is needed. It is like any other of the foreman's on track equipment. (that is going off the practice that no track warrant is needed in a Form B for on track MOW equipment too.)
