Dave,
When we arrived at the approach to the trestle I noticed a SCCRTC barricade that had been moved to the side of the track and two caution barrier tapes that had been cut. I could see the same had been done to the barricade and tape at the other approach to the bridge in the distance. I did not witness this violation, but the bootlegger is a likely suspect.
I would think the SCCRTC fulfilled their responsibility by posting no trespassing signs along with a barricade and a warning of the danger.
