Oh yea, I quickly learned the various mainlines in the area you mentioned. Of course it's all BNSF - owned now except Van Asselt yard. Speaking of barges, the Milwaukee barge slip was torn out earlier this year. Guess the port needs more container space.
Oh wise one, a question. I have a '70's era Milwaukee timetable that lists a " Spokane St. Interlocking " with the NP. ( by then the BN ). If this is the location I'm thinking of, ( Diamond of NP West Seattle line & MILW / PCRR line along lower Alaskan Way & under Spokane St Viaduct ), was there ever a tower there, & how late did it survive ???
