I recall reading in Joe Strapac's Espee Historic Diesels series ( the one on early GE's ) that the Sulzer engines had A LOT of lube oil filters. So yea, this could be a problem in a RR maintenance environment that is used to long intervals between engine servicing. Still, Cummins has a 60+ year history in the truck & heavy equipment fields, so who knows ???
