I'm very sorry to read that. When I came out to Montana for the2003 NP Convention in Billings, I also paid a visit to the Gallatin Gateway Inn on my way from Yellowstone. That was a beautifully done restoration.

One other railroad provided passenger service to Butte - the Butte, Anaconda & Pacific. The BA & P used the Milwaukee Road depot.
