Is MRL expecting any increases in train frequency over the next decade or so?

I worked for a few weeks at Noxon Rapids dam (along the MRL in Montana), and it seemed to me that train frequency was around 10 or 12 per 24 hours. That's not so bad (in my opinion) for homeowners to deal with as long as they are properly cautious.
