567-BC engines utilize C style liners with external water jumpers to a manifold within the engine block. BC engines retain B style heads, which are vastly different than their C counterparts. Therefore, no you cannot trade heads. C liners have a water discharge elbow, while B heads are sealed with large O rings around the circumference with water discharge ports at the rear of the head.
