Mid 1970s Southwest Limited Question

When Amtrak was running the Southwest Limited with the El Capitan hi-level cars and low level sleepers did the train typically carry 2 lounges and dinners, one for the low level cars and one for the high level cars?

I know consists vary based on the day and year, I am just curious as to the typical operation in the mid 1970s when the train had both hi-level and low level cars. I have found some pictures on line and it looks like there is a dome car on this day.

Southwest Limited

I appreciate any information or links.
