As I recall, the worst tunnel restriction is on the railroad-east slope of Siskiyou Summit (compass-south of Ashland), where a wood-lined tunnel on a sharp horseshoe curve restricted various equipment from use, including high-sided chip gons and UP cupola cabooses.
