Understandable why he'd be testy...Amtrak crews are the biggest freakin' crybabies on the planet. They truly believe that the world revolves around them.

They ought to come work freight for a while and develop an understanding of what REAL railroading is. Ever seen an Amtrak crew try to switch? Something about marsupials romancing pigskin...
