I knew SF was expensive, but not THAT expensive!!! ONE bedroom and ONE bath??? 723 square feet??? Whew!!!! And you RR view is of the same thing every day, 7 days a week----Caltrain going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth....with an occasional UP freight, usually at night. That would be boring as hell.
