As many know I am building a new residence in the Sellwood area of Portland right next to OPR's East Portland branch...tuly a 'home with a view'.

However, my current 'home with a view' is on the market for sale and is on the bluff overlooking the Willamette River and the UP main line @ MP 750.1 (south switch Coalca) with a circular deck overlooking the track and river. Priced a bit less than the one in Frisco..1 1/4 acres..updated cabin type house. Around $299,500 asking price....anyone interested in moving to Oregon?
