If some folks want to believe crazy nonsense, that's there right, but it doesn't make it real.

I have found an ample supply of liars, thieves, fools, and twits on both sides of the political spectrum, I have also found sincere, honest, and thoughtful people who are part of the same spectrum. What I find consistently, is that what Teddy Roosevelt dubbed the "lunatic" fringe, can be easily found at both extremes.

I have had the pleasure of working with honest decent conservatives, like Mike Antonovich and George Duekmejian, and liberals like Adam Schiff and Bonnie Lowenthal, on solid infrastructure achievements, including railroads and transit. And, I have also heard my share of pure pseudo science and economic twaddle from ignorant fools from both fringes, from both ignorant ranting teabaggers and equally ignorant environmental wannabee's.

Propaganda is designed to appeal to our pre-dispositions, prejudice, using cognitive dissonance, and our various forms of bias to shut down real thinking, and are designed to undermine sound thinking by appealing to emotions. It is done by both sides of the lunatic fringe, usually bought and paid for by special interests, on both sides, usually to help pick your pocket and line theirs.

So in this real world, sometimes it's tough to figure out what is going on, so maybe you'll just have to learn how to think for yourself. It helps if you know how these folks are trying manipulate your thoughts and emotions using propaganda, and it kind of helps to be able to judge folks motives by their choice of tactics.

But, as to this bizarre Nazi crap being flung about the cage, it usually just identifies one using this kind of reply as one who is bereft of cogent or thoughtful arguments, reflecting poorly on those who would use it.
