Didn't UPRR try competing with BNSF's UPS business some years ago only to fall flat on their faces and UPS wound up going back to BNSF with the BNSF telling UPS that they would see if they could fit them into their schedule since BNSF was the primary UPS service only to have the UPRR come in and woo UPS away from the UPS? I remember the test runs until the testing was over and reality kicked it. How are things to be different this around with the UPRR?
