Folks, this is called "brinkmanship" - this sort of thing is usually done behind closed doors. Among the parks slated for closure is Sutter's Fort in downtown Sacramento. Do you think they will close that place? Do ya? Really????

This is just setting the stage for restoring some income, like maybe bringing back the vehicle registration tax which by the way, was the key to getting Gray Davis shoved out the door and Arnie taking over.
