Diridon is the name of the San Jose passenger station. It was named after Rod Diridon, who, depending on your point of view, is a sinner or a saint (I don't want to use words that Carol might not like). He is a big transit supporter down that way, and was on the board of the Cal High Speed Rail Authority for a long time.
