Yes, that is a good summary. I don't want to get into a war over this as first of all, Rod and I and Norm Mineta are "old friends. Rod and I were once San Jose's Young Woman and Young Man of the year" back in the day. Carl and I are natives of San Jose and we decamped from San Jose 15 years ago and could care less about the transit situation "up there". We are vehemently against HSR.
