Wrong. There's a bunch of cool bars, restaurants and art spaces to check out, such as Cafe Stritch,55 South, Good Karma, Gravity, Anno Domani, KALEID, etc etc...
Some might be geared towards the younger crowd, and the live music scene still sucks, but at least there's an effort being made to make DTSJ a half-decent place these days.
