... downtown SJ light rail bottleneck ...

Wonder if some enterprising manager (or indivudual) could set up a bus bridge between the last staion on 87 before hitting downtown and someplace convenient on N 1st.? Wouldn't be surprised if they could cut 10 minutes or more off the through time with that.
