I don't think "serious relief" is the term I would have used. Most like a "First Step". The real relief won't come until some more serious double track is added, not the piecemeal approach being taken now. The one big benefit of the projects this year is the new siding Lamphire between Sprague and Fishtrap that will considerablly cut the time between meets of slow moving eastbounds going uphill.
