There seems to be no end to these chiselers infiltrating the tourist railroad/museum field, not only trying to dupe various groups and agencies into financing their schemes ("River City Boys Band"), but even trying to BS their way into established organizations to further their nefarious purposes. At a museum in which I was formerly active, a guy showed up offering the vision and expertise to make the place a great success (which it already was). Funny thing, he didn't know anything about trains, but he sure talked a big story. Turned out, he was just looking for a place to hide out from paying child support.
