You notice that the words "For better or for worse..." did preface that statement. A recent letter to the editor in The Inlander compared North Idaho to The Picture of Dorian Gray, which seemed a most accurate analogy.
But wait, this could all be part of some sort of divine North Idaho master plan if the Republican Primary winner in the District 2, Seat B, Idaho House of Representatives contest is to be believed. Eric Redman, who will be running unopposed in the Nov. 4 General Election, was quoted as saying... "If you look at Northern Idaho, God is really in charge; I'm not saying our opponents weren't believers, but I just feel it's a God thing."
How can you argue with that? And so it goes...
