The W&I has a high-centered unit stuck in a snowbank down around Pullman somewhere. They haven't made an interchange at Marshall in a couple of weeks. Parallel Highway 195 and other highways in the area are repeatedly closed due to drifts, so I can only imagine a rail line that hardly runs.

I saw a BNSF SPOPAS train a few days ago and it had Red Dog empties in it, so I assume that things are all opened up on the KFIR.
