Camp Roberts

Does anyone know when the trackage at Camp Roberts was last used. Looking at Google Maps (35.78442, -120.72877) the turnaround loop is still intact. Most all of the old barracks buildings have been recently demolished due to asbestos. Always thought they looked very much like SP No. 22 stations.
