Not likely. The cars were pretty well used up and worn out by the last time they were in operation. Sitting in the weather for umpteen years since then has only made it worse. The reality is, the cars are not worth the huge investment that would be needed to move them, much less the even greater cost of restoring and upgrading them so they could go back in service.
