Current service levels on the Coast Starlight

My wife and I are contemplating another trip (we've done this trip a cuuple of times, but eight or more years ago) between Seattle and LA on either No. 11 or 14 utilizing a deluxe bedroom (probably go by air in the other direction). Can anyone update us on current service levels (diner, Pacific Parlor car, if it still exists, etc.)?

Any thoughts will be much appreciated.
