Margaret & Dick Samuels,
For the La Selva bridge project I reached out to Stacy & Witbeck about a year ago through the Santa Cruz Regional Transportation Commission. For starters you have to sign a waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement. In addition, you must wear personal safety equipment required by OSHA. That being addressed, I would never be able to enter the worksite unless it was advantageous to everyone. All the agencies and companies involved with the projects I cover know I am documenting the rail line and I am committed to being responsible and safe. While going through some old papers the other day I came across a letter of recommendation from when I was in the Air Force. For the last 42 years I have done my best to live up to this standard.
