Margaret, climate scientists have repeatedly stated that Shasta would never fill back up, in one
case the estimate was 20 years to 3/4 full and it was totally full within a year and a half. Experts are as good as you're willing to pay, everyone has their own. Good case in point, the
CAHSR which has credible experts on both sides. As a total non-expert I predict that traffic levels
will never approach expectations and they'll go around the hill.
