This is not a subject that should lead to infighting on the board. The actions of Mr. Kirk are absurd and entertaining. The fact that he is loose on the populace without someone doing something about it is outrageous. It's like watching one of those movies where EVERYONE but the main character can see what is going to happen next. Has anyone on this board actually gone to any of these presentations and said something or raised the question of his validity? Surely an investigation by a municipality being approached by him would be able to stop him and put an end to the scam.
