Maybe, it's just another case of ferroequinephopia?

Ferroequinephopia is an irrepressible urge to hate all things Thomas, due to some early childhood trauma, involving trains? Other, recent cases of ferroequinephobia have involved a grown man, chopping up HO F units, while posing as Vladimir Putin with an axe....!

Recently, TRAC lost my confidence, by going down this HSR conspiracy theory ferroequinephobia rabbit hole, undermining any other legitimate criticism TRAC had of some of the poor choices that CHSRA has made, by making similar unproven and unsubstantiated charges....?

In a fact based universe, we criticize things based on the factual merits, or factual counter arguments, not by making baseless accusations, or unsubstantiated changes of actual corruption, or dubious charges of deliberately corrupt motives, without any evidence whatsoever.

I actually wish there were evidence of actual corruption at CHSRA. That would at least show that CHSRA is doing something on purpose, rather than just another agency stumbling and bumbling through the usual swamp of competing and conflicting needs, in the give and take of our extremely imperfect and largely dysfunctional political processes. But there isn't any evidence of specific corruption, as yet.

But, once you've been infected with a case of ferroequinephobia this bad, all those voices in your head seem to say is that: Evil Thomas must be stopped......!
