Interesting take on this matter. Thanks for sharing.

I stayed out of trouble during my conductor days, so I'm unfamiliar with the process from a charged employee's standpoint. What if, like you said, the LC was a blowhard and I needed representation at a hearing. Would I have any recourse against the BLET/UTU if my LC completely botched the job?
