It seems we have gotten to the point that we expect absolute safety. It does not exist. Transportation of anything has risks no matter if by rail, truck, or air. Would these questions about oil trains even be asked if we were sitting in lines to buy gas as we did during the oil embargo of the early 70's? The days of red, yellow, and green flags as well as odd/even license plates were such fun.
