Southwest Limited

I've been looking at old photos trying to determine the consist of the Southwest Limited. I know that it changed with time but does anyone know where I can find the "average" train in say 1974 or 1975?

Did it have two diners, one in the hi-level cars and on in the standard cars?

Did it have an observation car?
