HSR to end at Burbank instead of Union Station?

LA is finally starting to talk about what interim track-sharing is all about. Caltrain had this conversation several years ago, and as I recall it got fairly noisy for a while. Considering the fact that LA has Real Freight Traffic and Amtrak on its tracks in addition to Metrolink, I'd say the decibel level might reach the Richter scale sometime soon.
