The real problem is the approach from the steel bridge to Albina. That curve is too tight. A locomotive coming from the south can get to Albina by going straight not. This is how the Challenger came to Albina years ago. The southbound leg is ok and the leg from the Steel Bridge to the Graham line does not exist after the Pioneer was discontinued.
